2 " difference between XL and 2XL. Have 2 in all colors, garment is that great. Looks classic sporty not matronly. Lasts about 3 yrs before fuzzing up on collar with seasonal wear, wash with same colors, no shrinkage in hot dryer. Not light weight nor heavy. Don't rub up against anything back wise, no leaning against wall, etc will snag that mesh panel. Zipper tab and actual zipper smallish but not wavy twisty.
