Lumino - Combat Saber

Good product but the level of customer service was terrible. Claims 2 week delivery (up to 4 when busy) but we waited over 8 weeks! To make it worse the money was taken on day one, not even on dispatch. Emails asking for updates not replied to. Voicemail full so can't speak to anyone, even the online chat function yielded no answers. If I saw the product at a show I'd but one, but can't recommend anyone buy online without them making some significant service improvements.
