I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Returning the item was straightforward, but obtaining a refund has been the complete opposite. After my return was received, I reached out multiple times over several days to request an update on my refund. Unfortunately, I never received a response. The lack of communication made me feel as though my concerns were being ignored, and I was essentially ghosted by customer service. A company's commitment to its customers doesn't end after a sale—it also includes how it handles returns and refunds. Prompt communication and transparency are essential, and in my experience, those were completely lacking. I hope GoodMood Prints improves its customer service and refund process so future customers don't have to go through the same frustrating experience.
