To start off, I waited 5 weeks to try them. Was very scared to try them with the warning label. BOY, I SHOULDN'T HAVE. I've been taking them for 5 days now (5-9), it hits about 15 mins after taking the 1 pill. I've only done 2 pills a day so far. I work 3rd shift, and snacking has been my downfall. This has done wonders. Been getting one meal in, before work and then just drinking water and my coffee. I tried a protein drink, but was too full to drink much of it. I have nothing bad to say at this point, just wish I had started 5 weeks ago.

Works well to help me stay full and has improved my digestion! I lost a couple of pounds too which is a plus!
