My shipment arrived broken

My cup arrived broken and I tried to contact them but was using the wrong e-mail address. I was frustrated so I left a 1 star review which they did get and immediately responded to me. The communication was apologetic, professional and sincere and I very much appreciated that. I work for a very large company and am the head of the procurement department, we have near 40,000 vendors and this is the way to address a customers concerns. Thanks-you!
