LOVE the color - not the Ease2o cup

Let me start out by saying that I'm a huge fan of HydroJug (I own several cups). I love this new Berry Pop color - it's amazing!! For this one, I decided to try the new Ease2o style instead of my usual Traveler, and unfortunately, I've been pretty disappointed. The carry ring feels too small and awkward to use, the lid is difficult to screw on and off, and the button for the straw spout doesn't function very well. My biggest issue is with the straw/sip function. I've removed and reinstalled the straw several times, but I still can't get it to work properly. Most of the time, when I take a sip, I get a lot of air and very little liquid. It only seems to work correctly about 10% of the time. I'm so sad because I love the color so much, and I wish I had stuck with the Traveler version instead. I was hoping to return it and get the Traveler version in this color, but since I've removed the stickers, it's not returnable.

Customer service was great when item came damaged. Love the new style and lid.

Beautiful color. It’s the perfect mix of blue and purple.
