Brown Mustard Seeds
The Gardens at Gantz Farm is a public Garden in Grove City, Ohio. The Gardens are dedicated to herbs, and are a teaching garden.I use the brown mustard plant as a teaching device during garden tours, and we use the pods for activities with kids having them shell the pods and see how small the seeds are. I do use mustard seeds when I teach a class on making mustard.
