Training aid is ok. Shipping is from China which they don't tell you and it takes weeks to get to you.

The wrist band is a little flimsy. The grip handle does not fit as I have a little larger grip

It does not fit my grips which are jumbo max ultralights would be ok on standard grips. Arthritis affects the grips I have to use.
