The brush will not hold a charge. It works for five second and dies.

Great on face. Gives a smooth even coverage. The charge took forever, then doesn't hold the charge at all!

This product does not work and customer service won’t help replace it. They ask for pictures of it being plugged in and order number with proof of purchase REPEATEDLY - even after you just provided them with everything requested, they will request it again. Once you ask for the conversation to be escalated to a manager/supervisor they (Shena) will ask you to ship it back (without automatically providing a shipping label) so they can check to see if it “ACTUALLY doesn’t work” making you feel like they think you’re incompetent…I have fully charged it and followed all instructions. When using the SonicBlend Pro brush it works for a few seconds and then it dies immediately. Very disappointing!
