I really had high hopes for this but unfortunately it made no difference for me and did not live up to hype.
My packet also arrived with sticky residue all over dried onto it, produt had clearly leaked and melted onto my pack which was quite gross. Not quite the product experience I was expecting, particularly for the price.

Love, love, love this!! It has made falling asleep at night much easier, and I am feeling much calmer while I drink it. I have only been using it for a week, but I will be continuing to get it because I love it so much!
