Cloud Sofa Barbie Pink

Sofa arrived very scuffed on the corner, with the fabric having come off. I contacted the team at Vibe who after 3 weeks still didn't manage to come up with a solution for me. I followed up a couple of time but I think at this stage I won't hear back which is very disappointing
