Great pant - Bad color
The fit of these pants are great. Slightly looser than Montauk but still good structure. The Oat color does not remotely match the pictures online. The real color is a very muted khaki, considerably darker than the pictures. Disappointed in the color.

Hard to beat Sequoia
Of all the materials Greyson sells Sequoia is my favorite. Drapes nicely. Wash & hang. Only caveat & one I appreciate is the stretchable waist and fabric. You may be able to go down one size if you’re an odd # waist rather than using a tailor. Last two pair also ran long in the inseam which I haven’t experienced with Greyson in the past. Again, anything in the Sequoia family is a win!

Very nice pants
These are very nice pants. Obvious of higher quality, a lot of stretch (I had to size down). Would prefer a 30” inseam, 32” seems to be the lowest across the board for all Greyson pants. Of note, the front pockets are very shallow, anything you put in them and sit down will come out every time. Back pockets are also shallow; just fits a slim wallet (although they are stretchy if you don’t mind a bulge). These are medium to heavy weight. Great for cooler / colder. I wore them comfortably in mid-40’s with sun spring days. These have a sheen to them. I think the description states you could wear gold, work, casual. This is true but work might be a stretch, I don’t see pairing these with a regular button up; would need a visible stretch type button up or polo for a more casual work setting. I kept 32x32, I’m 5’10”, 180. I would typically bounce around a 33x30 for comfort but with the stretch sized down.
