Handheld Filter Replacement V2

I love this product. I ordered the handheld shower head in brushed nickel. It looks good. Filter changes are super easy and my hair and skin have improved since I started using it. Even my hairdresser noticed the change in my hair condition. What a difference in my water quality. You need this if you have orange water! You're going to love it!

Initially great but was slow again within a month or so

I had a replacement shipped to me but the water pressure was slow from the start. There were a number of back and forth emails with the support staff, and they were very helpful and responsive. I sent a video of my handheld shower with and without the filter. And they diagnosed that it was a defective one. They sent a replacement filter very quickly. I feel like whereas before a new filter would last me solid 3 months, now it feels like a month or so, the water pressure starts to slow.

Love out shower head, it makes my skin feel so soft and silky. Our daughter-in-law also commented that her skin felt so good after taking a shower and we hadnt told her we had an Eskin shower head!
