Handheld Filter Replacement V2

Initially great but was slow again within a month or so

I had a replacement shipped to me but the water pressure was slow from the start. There were a number of back and forth emails with the support staff, and they were very helpful and responsive. I sent a video of my handheld shower with and without the filter. And they diagnosed that it was a defective one. They sent a replacement filter very quickly. I feel like whereas before a new filter would last me solid 3 months, now it feels like a month or so, the water pressure starts to slow.

Love out shower head, it makes my skin feel so soft and silky. Our daughter-in-law also commented that her skin felt so good after taking a shower and we hadnt told her we had an Eskin shower head!

Review with a concern

I absolutely love my Eskiin handheld shower head! This is my second filter and the first one I could physically see all the chemicals that it filtered out. This morning I noticed a concern with my showerhead. I have a black showerhead and the paint is peeling off of the area where the water comes out. Kind of disappointing as I am debris falling off of the showerhead and the appearance is not good anymore. I do have a photo if you would like me to send it.
