Ottimo sviluppo del prodotto e buona la shelf life del prodotto finito. Consiglio a chi per praticità e comodità non può gestire un lievito madre classico.

Colomba pasquale artigianale casalinga di grandissimo livello, questo prodotto da un ottimo sapore con la giusta umidità, senza dover impazzire con rinfreschi di lievito madre. Super soddisfatto è un gran prodotto.
