Bottom Clear Fixed Glass Insert

What a horrible customer service experience. Horrible. When i ordered the foxed glass i put the serial number from the door. Expecting the right size window. Shoukd have been a 36 inch but a 32 inch came in. When i called i was told thAt i got what i ordered. Should have been the right size window from the serial number. They could have cared less. Simply said oh well. It was your fault not ours.
