I could never get into the mushroom tea, but I wanted to try a mushroom supplement blend. I can't say that I felt an obvious noticeable difference, but looking back over the last month, I think I can say that there was some extra clarity of mind. Recovery is a long process; I hope that this 'course' of mushroom treatment will have contributed to mine.
