This thing is rad. There are two RECCO reflectors on each side of the belt. I bought it for skiing to have reflectors for search and rescue to find me in the event of an avalanche. You see RECCO reflectors on jackets and pants now but #1 I'd rather have more reflectors than less #2 jackets and pants are $600+. This gives that accessibility at a reasonable price. The other summer side is that search and rescue still use RECCO for summer rescues. backpacking, hunting, boating, I'd rather be seen. O and. . . it's a the best belt on the planet.

going to be honest i am sporting the recco belt for fashion. like a gore tex logo on my hat in the city, this is a LOOK. sold.
