Badly designed. Uneven and uncomfortable pull out part as a sofa bed

The fabric cover is nice and soft, the seating area is great but the pull out part of the sofa bed used harder foam which makes the area more firmer and uncomfortable to use as a sofa bed. The pull out part is slight higher than the whole sofa which makes it uneven and unable to use for sleeping although it is designed to be used as a sofa bed. Customer service is bad, they don’t consider the fact that their design is faulty and flawed. Unable to get any help or compensation or discount or refund on the sofa
