Within the first two weeks of using it, the unit burnt out. Ever since then, I've been trying to contact your company for a refund, but no one has responded to my emails. One star is generous.

My liners feel so much cleaner using the ultrasonic machine and cleaning crystals. The UV case is helpful and handy, especially when traveling, for on the go cleansing.

Poor customer service. Do not order from here. Sent several emails over 3 weeks, no reply.
