I purchased Twinkly lights for $140 expecting premium quality, but instead I received a completely defective product and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. The controller gets no power, no LEDs turn on, and the lights are totally unresponsive. I followed every single troubleshooting step they requested. I performed the reset procedure multiple times, sent pictures, provided my receipt, and even tested the power adapter with a multimeter. I sent them clear proof that the adapter was outputting the correct voltage — meaning the issue is with the lights themselves. I even bought a second identical adapter out of my own pocket, and the lights still didn’t work. After I provided this proof, Twinkly simply stopped responding. No update, no replacement options, no acknowledgement — nothing. I’ve been left completely ignored despite doing everything they asked for. There is no phone number to call, no real-time support, and no urgency to fix the situation.
