Great Customer Service from Anaïs

I ordered 2 bottles of perfume and had it sent to my address in California. It was shipped out on May 28 and arrived in the USA on June 2. Sadly, there was a problem with the US Customs regarding the clearance. They held on to my package from June 2 until June 15. I was afraid that I was never going to receive my perfume. I reached out to J.U.S amd they submitted to FedEx all the documents required for its release. Finally, my package was delivered to me on June 17. It took 21 days before I received it. What a frustrating experience. Luckily, Anaïs of J.U.S provided me with all the assistance that I needed. Not only did they help facilitate the release of the package, they also paid for the duties and taxes that the US customs charged. I am very grateful to Anaïs and the J.U.S team for their kind assistance and superb service. Merci beaucoup!

Magnifique découverte ! Gingerlise est parfait pour l'été, un vrai souffle de fraîcheur avec une très belle évolution ! J'ai encore au moins 2 coups de cœur à m'offrir chez Jus Parfums ! Expérience très agréable également avec le service clients, avec mention spéciale pour Anaïs qui m'a accompagnée pour résoudre un petit souci de code promo pour ma commande. Une réponse très rapide à mon mail et elle s'est impliquée avec patience et professionnalisme jusqu'à la conclusion de ma commande avec succès. Je recommande vivement et je ne tarderai pas à recommander 1 ou 2 parfums :))
