Good but needs better functionality

Nice product overall ish, as could do with a bigger/deeper top opening/pocket for more than just your ear buds. Straps are too easy to adjust when you don't want to adjust them. Internal openings could be more practical as not very useful in real world usage. Also needs a secure rear pocket for valuables. And finally, the bag needs a key ring hook/clasp please for your keys. Hope you take this on board?!

Great service and good quality for the price I paid

I’m giving this backpack 4 stars for the excellent customer service and the overall quality of the product. The materials feel good and, with the discount I received, I’m happy with what I paid. At full price, however, I do feel it is edging towards the expensive side given a few basic design choices that could be improved. With some refinements, this backpack could go from good to excellent. The “useful organisation pockets” are positioned at the back of the main compartment, which makes them difficult to access once you have packed anything in front of them. It would be much more practical if these were placed where they could be reached easily. The sunglasses pocket at the top is also very small; it does not fit even a small glasses case. If I’m carrying £100 glasses, I would not want to store them loose at the top of a backpack. The front pocket is another weak point. It is extremely tight, and anything with even a little depth makes the front of the bag bulge. I’m genuinely not sure what I would use it for, as it does not feel especially practical. Finally, a discreet hidden pocket against the back panel for a passport or important travel documents would be a very welcome addition. Overall, I’m pleased with the backpack and would recommend it at a discounted price. A few thoughtful changes to the pocket design would make it much more practical and justify the full price.

Very Good, but Room for Improvement

Excellent backpack for the money, well made, good materials with ample room/storage for a daily commute, particularly love the 2 water bottle holders as I feel a lot of bags have moved away from that. However, couple things that could be improved upon. -The little pocket on top of the bag for quick access is tiny and really too small for anything but a set of keys or airpods, wish was slightly bigger to hold a phone or wallet. -A few more pockets in the main compartment would be nice, also a bit of sub division in the front quick access would be nice as well. -A small hidden pocket built into the back of the bag/luggage sleeve is a very common feature for cash/passport that this bag also lacks.
