Dissappinted in the quality (ie texture, color differences) of purchasing a new teddy compared to ordering the covers for my existing teddy. Purchased the “upgrade” to change the color of my teddy couch. Really discouraging for customers to purchase the “upgrade” considering the price and other retailers with similar designs. Please conduct QC to ensure similar texture and quality for tjose purchasing a nee teddy vs the covers.
