True Collagen

My second month on this true collagen and my sking is starting to change more hydratied and blunp. My hair is in a better condition to. I do 1 scoop every morning in my tea and u can take a little but its ok

I've been taking this for the best part of 6 months and definitely have noticed a difference in my skin and hair, super easy to get into your daily dose. Great way to start my day off

Going well

I have been taking my True Collagen for nearly two months now and I have noticed a difference in my fingernails for definate. They have always been weak and break at about 3km they are a little longer and feel less soft. I also think my hair feels current too.
