Works but malfunctions

The collar definitely works in reducing my cat’s excessive vocalising, which was important as I live with housemates and needed something to keep the noise down at night. It was effective and helped her calm down. That said, I’ve noticed the collar activating even when my cat isn’t making any noise – sometimes in the middle of the night when the house is completely silent. This makes me worried that it may also be going off when I’m not home, which could be very uncomfortable or even harmful for her. It’s possible this is just a fault with the particular collar I received, but it does raise concerns about reliability and safety. The concept is good and when it works properly it’s very effective, but I’d recommend the brand looks into preventing false activations.
