Roaster's Choice Coffee Subscription

This subscription used to be wonderful. Now nobody is paying attention to the output, so you end up with the same flavor nearly every time. It was a household joke until Rwanda showed up for the 5th time. Then I cancelled my subscription. I’ve already sent this message twice, but since the AI keeps asking, I’m going to keep sending you the message. Maybe some human beings will read this and care.

Moved here 5 years ago and have always loved fresh roasted coffee. I do the expresso thing and grind my beans then use a Gaggia Classic Pro to extract the espresso shots. For me ONLY Frothy Monkey has the best roasted beans AND variety in the greater Nashville area. I do the monthly Roasters Choice delivery to home as its like Christmas when I get the delivery. I am FM fanboi, but hey , THEY ARE THE BEST! Kind Regards ~ JC

Love my subscription, the customer service has been immaculate, even a few times when there were small issues. I appreciate the teams' willingness to work with me and my requests when I asked to narrow down my origins of choice on my account or when I was unhappy with one batch.
