Replacement ACF Filter

Thank goodness I’ve received a filter. I have not been able to use my machine For over a month hopefully I don’t have more more trouble in being able to order the filters for this machine in the future.

Placed my order and waited over a week before contacting Milkyplant. Had to send another message once again as still no ACF Filter. It finally arrived 4 weeks after order was placed, nothing in regard of any reimbursement or perhaps some money off on a future purchase. Poor form, if i could get the same filter elsewhere that adds to the water i would but am held to ransom by the brand. My last order took longer than estimate given on website 5-7 days - not impressed….!!

Love the filter but dislike dpd delivery they keep sending my package to local post office when should have been delivered to my house.
