All recipes appear to be easy to follow. Thus far, I have made the brownies, very easy & taste great

Really great. This book is fantastic if you’re a solo home baker. However, I would like more in depth tips for scaling, as a baker who works in a bakery alone. It would be great to hear more about how doughs should act throughout the process
