It is wonderful to have a tasty substitute for bacon that delivers the flavor. I am not vegan (though I would use Bacom just for the taste and health) but have plenty of friends and family who are.

I've been slowly trying all of Hanley's products after meeting the owners (and buying some stuff) at the local farmers market a year or so ago. These Bacom Bits are one of the things I sampled and purchased at that farmers' market. They were a new release at the time! These taste every bit as good if not better than regular Bacon Bits! Still can't believe they're made out of mushrooms! AND I DON'T NORMALLY LIKE MUSHROOMS!
