The Nova Candle

When this arrived, it was unfortunately smashed. The vieve customer service responded within 24 hours, offering me not only a full refund on this product but also for another item within my order due to the inconveNience - i truly couldn’t have asked for better customer service and this was all on a sunday, a day they state their customer service don’t respond (understandably), which just shows how curated this team is to provide exceptional customer service. I thankfully managed to decant the candle from the broken container and it still has manGed to be a beautiful smell in my home. Thank you all for your wonderful customer service. I messaged and emailed and received responses from louise on email, with unfortunately no sign off on instagram - but this is all to say from a hospitality WORKER, it is very rare to see such excellent customer service. You have a life long customer from me!

Beautiful candle , great throw of the scent which is absolutely stunning. Glass jar is lovely qualitytoo. I think we need a bathleisure range in this scent !
