Keeps us going strong …
We live in a very hot and humid place and always stock up on tonic Energy + Hydration Blood Orange so we have one a day until our next UK visit. Added Mango Energy + Hydration and Strawberry Rest + Recover to our orders this time - really enjoying those too. We exercise quite a lot and really feel the benefits tonic brings to performance and the feeling after a long bike ride for example.

Easy to use and seem to give a good night's sleep. Clean ingredients. Would be 5 stars but only just started to use them

More sleep less pain.
Gives me a better nights sleep. I love the cherry flavour, and I feel the magnesium is more absorbable in this form compared with tablet supplements. Calms my brain before sleep.
