Customer service is horrible
I ordered an ARC rower. After getting lost in shipment and sent to the wrong side of the country Hydrow had “my” rower shipped from that location. A month later an Origin rower showed up. The box was trashed, but the rower is fine. Customer service doesn’t know anything and Michael won’t return my requested Emails and calls. So,….what is Hydrow gonna do? I have no clue. I want my ARC rower. I paid in full, 500 dollars extra for something I didn’t order, Hydrow is not making it right…..

Delivery & Assembly
This review is specifically for delivery and Assembly. Hydrow partnered with a delivery company who does not have experience with assembling the rower. I spoke directly with the company who indicated as much. I was told that if they had issues, there would be somebody they could find to call. This is truly unacceptable. Why in the world Hydrow would choose to contract with a company that does not have experience in assembly of the rower, is beyond me. Had I known, I would’ve saved the $250, had it delivered for free, and put it together myself like I did the first rower. Bad business on Hydrow’s part. Definitely not customer service oriented when you’re sending a delivery company, who doesn’t assemble the machine, to do so, especially with something this expensive. Wouldn’t recommend.
