Grass-Fed Flank Steak

I am new to grass fed, grass finished meat. They steak itself was a nice portion, tender, and flavor unique. I did not season heavily as to ascertain the difference in taste between conventional and grass fed. Flavor difference was definitely noticeable, not in a bad way, just different. My picky son, who says he hates steak, commented on the flavor difference immediately and actually prefers this over other conventional steaks he tried. Will continue to order for the nutritional benefits.

There is no picture to accompany this review as there were no left overs!! We used the flank steak for beef fajitas!! I didn’t marinate it because i wanted the beef flavor!! And boy am i glad i didn’t!! It tasted better than any other flank steak I’ve had, and the quality was excellent! Meat was not tough at all! Will buy again!!
