Fits with the Qdeck perfectly. Only had it a couple of days now but I'm really enjoying it . I've used other band bars X3, Harambe, Clench an my initial impression is just WOW

I have many band bars and bantam the best
I have many band bars, but the bantam is the smoothest I have ever used. Extremely easy to add and removes bands. The feel is perfect. The closest to the feel of a bench press with weights you can get. I use a standard bench, double the band up under the bench and hook it on to the bar. Love the feel and movement when doing bench presses.

Don’t think just buy it!
By far the best band bar on the market hands down! It feels so much better than another company with a gorilla as the company logo. The option to have thicker bars is great and so is the option to have two different hook sizes. I will for sure be getting more products from them in the future!
