Replacement cord
Very good customer service. I had to call for clarification and a person actually answered the phone Took care of the problem pleasantly. I would definitely do business with Denise again.

Addicted for life!
A few years ago I groused about my failed connectors. Denise supplied me with new ones, and also gifted me with a 30" cable. I've used nothing else since--I'm hooked! When mine got tired, I ordered 2 more--and they came faster than a speeding bullet! Two days to arrival--I expected four. The choice of needle colors is fine, but the light gray of the originals is perfect--you can see every stitch of yarn of any color. Thanks!
