I like the color,organization is good. The weight is a tad heavy, I am 70yr not a weakling but empty I felt it seemed weighty. Please consider padding the grip handle, webbing can be edge sharp. Adding "D" rings so it can be wore crossbody due its size. Lastly security is important please put in an RFID pocket to replace having to add a wallet. I have the unfortunate experience of what I believe is a stalker in my life. Being aware while out and having accessories that help in that process is beneficial.

I questioned if I should purchase but I am definitely enjoying it

I was not sure when I purchased, I questioned my purchased regarding price and if I needed it. It was on b/o but customer service was prompt when I had a question during that time. I get compliments on the color. I do like to flexibility of backpack and tote. It sits nicely on a hard surface without tipping over. My 26 oz. water bottle does fit in the pocket. The only wish I have is a key clip.

I am completely obsessed with this backpack. I already pre-packed it for an upcoming trip. I love the bottom compartment for my makeup and toiletries. The middle section will fit all of my clothes for a five day trip to visit my son and his family. I love that backpack shoulder straps can be tucked away. I love the interior so much AND the exterior so much. THE SQUEAL IS REAL! I am completely obsessed and in love with this backpack. I have the Shorty Love midsize crossbody, so I am going take both Shorties on my upcoming trip. I plan to walk the Camino de Santiago next year and I am pretty sure that I am going taking my Shorty backpack as my day pack. The two side pockets are clutch for water bottle and umbrella.
