Perfect bug net and great service
This bug net worked perfectly with our Superior Gear hammock. Didn't like how tight it felt with the zip-on bugnet and this was just the ticket. Not many vendors offering the bottom entry bugnet with the wide end for kicking if off the hammock. Jared was super kind and made sure I got it on time. Thanks!

Bottom Entry Bug Net and Other Stuff
Last year I was ready to upgrade my hammock kit for backpacking and saw incredible reviews for Simply Light Designs everywhere—various hammock and backpacking subreddits, hammockforums, etc. After a doing a bunch of research and asking Jared a bunch of questions, which he was always quick to answer, I pulled the trigger on a new Tree Runner in Hexon 1.6 and a modular Trailwinder underquilt. I started using them right away. The hammock is a dream to sleep in. So comfortable. The UQ is perfect for conditions in my area. When I was ready to upgrade my bug net I went with SLD again for one in .7 with the winter opening. I had a small issue with the fit, and Jared was awesome to work with on getting it sorted out quickly and easily. It's so much lighter than my old one and will be on my hammock this weekend in an area with heavy mosquito pressure. Can't wait. I preach SLD to everyone I know who is looking to upgrade or just get into hammock camping.
