Lactose intolerance has kept me free and clear of this supplement but it called anyway. Research into a current peptide cycle I’m on showed a need for stronger mitochondrial health and that this would be an excellent organic choice—using lemon juice to reduce phlegm. A little over a month and it’s a luxuriously rich addition to daily protein smoothies that has given a noticeable energy bump and mellowed out my mood. Half fresh squeezed lemon did the trick (lemon powder also worked). Glad I ordered it but that’s nothing new, saw it other places but Alfa Veda always seems to have just what I need. Thank you!
