Speed Dust™

Just finished Kerry Way Ultra Nite Have been training with Speed Dust all this year but this was my first long run with it. Zero stomach issues over 100km Excellent product💪💪💪 Colin B

Such a brilliant product, fuelled me throughout a 100km ultra, no stomach issues and no crashing. Used it for all my long runs leading up to the race too, I’m absolutely converted. Will be sticking with it going forward on all my long trail runs 👌🏼

I’ve been using speed dust throughout my Ironman preparation. I’m happy to be able to use an Irish product for my training. 110g an hour (about 4 scoops) sits well with my stomach on the bike.
