SPEED DUST

I recently started using Speed Dust after chatting with the team at Portadown Half Marathon (our Club race.) Since then, it’s become a staple of my fuelling for races and training. I ran the Norn Iron 100 ultramarathon this year using Speed Dust and it was fantastic. The taste is great, it mixes really well and the carb ratio as well as electrolytes worked really well for me throughout the race. I haven’t tried the other flavours but I’m a big fan of Raspberry, great job guys!

Recently started using the Speed Dust and am loving it, just made another order. I can struggle with fueling myself before runs or exercise so it has been great as I find it sits easy. I ran my fastest 5km in a few years with it and have been using it for G.A.A. matches before and at half time as I can struggle to keep legs going, it’s been great!
