Speed Dust™

Such a brilliant product, fuelled me throughout a 100km ultra, no stomach issues and no crashing. Used it for all my long runs leading up to the race too, I’m absolutely converted. Will be sticking with it going forward on all my long trail runs 👌🏼

I’ve been using speed dust throughout my Ironman preparation. I’m happy to be able to use an Irish product for my training. 110g an hour (about 4 scoops) sits well with my stomach on the bike.

It definitely fuels you and gives you energy for your run but just wasn’t for me. Tasted too sweet/sugary, very sticky formula so needed constant stirring when drinking it and felt like it wasn’t sitting in my stomach well. As I said, it does fuel your runs but just not for me unfortunately
