easy to follow
I’ve been into sports my whole life, but since the pandemic I’ve gotten more into fitness and become a lot more consistent with structured training, not just playing sports.
The area I tend to neglect the most is flexibility and mobility, mainly because progress there feels slower and less noticeable. Because of that, I usually end up giving it less priority compared to other types of training.
This format feels a lot more accessible for me, especially since I’m not naturally very flexible, and it’s easier to follow and stay consistent with.
