It is poorly built, poor quality control, poor material selection. The bed I got is not flat so it cannot be calibrated. During assembly I was puzzled by material and design choices for such an expensive item. This isn't a cheap machine. It does less than others in its class with poor build quality. Worst part is the customer service when trying to return the printer, at first they didn't want to send parts, now that I want to return the entire thing they want to send parts and not take the return. STAY AWAY!
