Handheld Filter Replacement V2

I’m glad I eventually got it but..

The handheld filter wasn’t included in the original delivery I received. There was only the regular shower head filter. So I had to contact your customer service several times before they finally made things right by shipping the handheld filter. Otherwise I’m happy I did eventually get it.

Hand held filter

This is the 2nd time I have bought this hoping I might have had a bad filter 1st shipment. I have owned the standard shower head previously and i really liked it and saw chsrcoal in shower filter stream when turning on each time of use. I can tell a huge difference on hand held filter. This feels more like chemically and it has not helped my hair or skin like the other filter. When i roved the filter to chamge to install new one, the filter has a yellow dingy color on front of filter but white beads were still white on the back side of the filter. Keep in mind Im on hard water city water with lots of chemicals so I waa shocked to see some yellow staining on filter. I love eskin original but I habe spent so much already on the new shower hand held so I dont like that i wasted money on new system.

Love this Shower Head!

We have very hard well water. My hair and skin felt it every day. I honestly didnt even know the extent of the damage my water was causing until I got the Eskiin handheld shower head. Suddenly my shower was instantly different. From the appearance to the water flow to the feel. It was just such an improvement. Now weeks later I can not only feel, but I can see the difference in my hair and skin. Its softer and has way more shine. I am a Customer for life!
