The Iso Bow is a good addition to the Bullworker Steel Bow.
The Iso Bow is a portable and effective dynamic exercise and isometric exercise kit for a trip to Bar Harbor, Maine, Moose Island, Maine and Campobello, New Brunswick. Its best to travel light and fast. However, I still prefer the Bullworker Steel Bow for upper body dynamic exercise. Yet, while the Steel Bow is portable, the Iso Bow is even more portable.
