They responded immediately and sent me a replacement the following day. I'm very happy with the product and the company.

Not as powerful as expected.

Early days so unsure if the benefits yet. Makes a dribbling sound when in use I suspect the filters doing their job. Not very powerful spray in either position

Best showerhead!

My brother got this showerhead, and his wife was raving about it and how soft her hair and skin were. I got the handheld, and I agree, it also rinses off soap well. The handheld has two force settings, low and high, which are great. The high flow has much better pressure than my prior showerhead, which was a problem.
