Missing cookie butter flavor

Only with every third bite do I get a tiniest hint of the “cookie butter” speculoos flavor. The texture is also a bit more grainy than some of the other flavor.

I never received my order

I was very much looking forward to my box of cookie butter bars but never received it. I reached out trying to receive a refund or a new box the only reply I received was that sometimes the package will come 3 business days after it had already said delivered. I waited and go nothing. Emailed them again and still nothing.
