SwitchBot Lock Ultra Vision Combo

Very good product and shipping but....

Delivery was quick and good, Devices were packed good. Pysical Installation easy. Plenty adapters and alternative glue pads. Configuration easy but sometimes confusing. Face recognition of pad do not work reliable - sometimes works, sometimes not. Fingerprint much better and faster. Nightmode autolock locks but didn' find a way to unlock in the morning automatically - so I am too stupid, manual to difficult or need to be done different

Comfortable, but not 100% secure

SwitchBit Vision works well overall incl. fingerprint and PIN code, but the face recognition is not secure. Two days ago, it opened the door when a friend of my daughter was standing in front of the door, even though her face was never recognized. Maybe other strangers could open our door as well.

love it. facial recognition a bit slow, but overall, works great.
