I like the concept as it addresses a lot of areas , that i believe are important at my age of 63 . I came across the program on Matt D'Avella channel , it did say that I would receive all of the programs for the one price . Im ok with just the 2 day split however Im unsure if the 3 day split would of been better and I cant view it .Either way its good value and good content .

Love this program. For reference, I’m currenly in week 5 of this programme. It’s very versatile and had lots of quirky (to me at least) excercises, which makes makes going to the gym a lot more fun and challenging. Also, the supersets are not only a great time saver but also allow me to skip the soul-crushing waiting moments between each set for recovery, which is much appreciated. Thanks for making the gym fun again! :)

The PDF is great. I struggle a bit with the app. The Substitues in the PDF are not always setup in the app. Somethimes i need to look for them. I dont know how to setup AMRAP in the app in a way that would track the total rounds completed. I am new to all this, so im sure over time I will get better at it.
