Planting trees is always good

Awesome work 8 Billion Trees is doing!! I ordered the dark blue bracelet and it is beautiful! Thank you too for planting 10 more trees just for me filling out this survey! I enjoy the bracelet so much that I've also purchased others... a couple more for me and others for friends. I wish there 8 Billion Trees was also active in Wisconsin {U.S.A} so that I could help by physically planting as well as monetary support ... the original oak savannahs that used to cover Wisconsin have been reduced dramatically from what they once were. Keep on! keeping on!! 8 Billion Trees!!! And THANK YOU!! for all you do!!!

A few suggestions.. consider offering some equivalence between trees planted and equivalent carbon offsets...for example... 100 trees covers your driving for a month given a gas powered vehicle and 2000 miles driven a month... 500 trees will offset your 3000 mile cross country flight ...something like that. People who donate know that trees are the ideal carbon capture solution but they might do more if they understood how much they 'should' be investing if they wanted to get closer to carbon neutral on a personal basis.... Maybe a rough approximation of electrical use, food production/consumption footprint.... It's a fine line but i think some concept like this would help people to warm up to their responsibility a bit more.. I would also continue to share progress...how many trees planted?...how many to go? how many trees does this work out to for every man, woman and child in the US? What will be the impact of hitting your goal... ? In 2 years, 5 years etc?
