Bike came quicker than expected and was decently packaged. Despite the efforts, the kickstand was snapped and inoperable, and the bolts on the N end of the forks where you attached the headlight were stripped upon delivery. We had to use a bolt cutter to get them off and zip tie the headlight on. Rides nice, charges well, just damaged on delivery.

Love this electric bike. Assembly was super easy to do. Overall comfort and feel for the bike is great. Looks really clean and sharp. I get a lot of compliments. Would definitely recommend this bike.

My 14-year-old son was so excited to receive his bike and put it all together himself and did quite a good job. We do have a bit of an issue with the battery indicator and the odometer as the indicator seems to move around a little bit and it’s hard for him to know exactly how much battery he has left. Also he’s been riding it for four days and it shows that he only has 6 miles. Other than that, everything seems to be good.
