Macfox X7

I put the bike together in an hour later when my son was riding it the rear tire went flat… do I know nails or staples or anything in the tire? It must’ve been a bad inner two so that was a pain to have have to take the rear tire off and replace the inner tube right away. I called support, but they never returned my phone call. Also, when I ordered the bike, I received a $45 charge from macfox, I called and support said they would open a claim and haven’t heard a thing back. Not a good first experience with you guys… Joe

As a parent, I’ve been really happy with my son’s Macfox bike. He’s really enjoying it, and I feel like it’s safe with the perfect speed for a starter bike. It gives him some independence while still feeling manageable and appropriate for learning responsibility on the road. We’ve gone over safety rules, wearing a helmet, and being respectful to others, and so far it’s been a great experience for our family.
