Well made but waterproofing an issue

I really like the color and fit of the jacket. It works great as an outer layer in cooler temps and has good pockets. The venting seems adequate as well for the limited riding and lower temps that I experienced. Today was my first heavy downpour with it and as with most non-gore Tex, it leaked a little. The front outer breast pocket developed a small puddle inside and did not leak to the interior. I also need to experiment with the collar to find the best cinching to keep out raindrops as well.

Loving this Jacket

Coming from a Klim baja s4 jacket which I loved, picked up this jacket and have been loving it since. It breathes super well when all the vents are opened up, and when its all closed up it resists the wind really well. Very happy I went ahead and picked this jacket up for the fresh season.

Bullet Proof and Versatile

I have been wearing the Composite as my everything jacket for past two months on a Baja trip and it has held up incredibly. I wear body armour underneath and still feel I have great mobility and the heat is bearable with the vents open. The few rain days we have had the jacket surprised me. Out of my entire kit it was the only thing to stand up to the all day rain and kept my upper body completely dry. My only complaint would be that the neck feels slightly tighter than it needs to be when full zipped up. I would not consider myself to have a thick neck. Easy solution though, unzip a bit when it’s not raining and you’re cruising. Unless you’re an NFL linebacker or Formula 1 driver I would highly recommend the Composite to anyone. Thanks Mosko!!
